Processing Time
All of our items are handmade with care.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.
During busy periods (such as holidays or store sales), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia (and internationally upon request).
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery time may vary by destination)
All orders are sent via Australia Post or another reliable courier service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup
If you’re local, we’re happy to arrange free local pickup (by appointment only).
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery times are out of our control.

Heart & Hands is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by postal services, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
